Die Organisation wird von Volker Fritz geleitet. Volker begann in den sp\u00e4ten siebziger Jahren als Junior mit dem Rudern und nahm an mehreren Regatten teil. Heute ist er Trainer der Freizeitruderer in seinem Heimatverein.
