Au\u00dferdem sind die Sohlen nicht griffig, wenn man auf einem Pontonsteg mit nassem oder schleimigem Holz l\u00e4uft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">Die Alternative &#8211; wagen wir es zu sagen &#8211; ist, Crocs zu tragen! Tragen Sie sie nur nicht im Freien, sie sind nur zwischen Bootshaus und Fluss erlaubt! [2]<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">Kraft- und Konditionstraining f\u00fcr die F\u00fc\u00dfe<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Am besten gelingt dies unserer Meinung nach mit Hilfe von Widerstandsb\u00e4ndern. [3]<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">Befestigen Sie Ihr Widerstandsband an einem sicheren Punkt und legen Sie das andere Ende um Ihren Fu\u00dfr\u00fccken, direkt unter den Zehen. In sitzender Position mit gestrecktem Bein vor Ihnen erzeugen Sie durch Dorsalflexion Spannung auf dem Band. Sie k\u00f6nnen Wiederholungen wie diese durchf\u00fchren, indem Sie Ihren Fu\u00df beugen und strecken.
